At Experian Data Quality, we make the most of our hours within the office, but know you have a life outside of work. You frequently hear about successes and notable projects across the organization, but we take a vested interest in our lives outside of the office too. You can frequently find employees enjoying company-sponsored activities like arcade game tournaments or fitness classes, our traditional month-end celebrations, or employees who just grab a quick beer after work—we like to work hard and play hard.

Boston is our North American headquarters, and whether it is our local community, to which we are proud to call our home, or even across the world, giving back is a large part of who we are. Our Social Responsibility Committee organizes opportunities throughout the year to impact various charitable organizations like Ubuntu Education Fund, Junior Achievement, and Cradles to Crayons. For example, each year we have a day of volunteerism in which our entire office goes out into the community to spend our workday volunteering. We even have charitable days off to allow employees 2 days away from the office to give back to the causes they personally connect with.
Women in Leadership
The advancement of women, especially in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM), is something that Experian Data Quality works hard to foster. Our Leadership Connections: Women group is organized to bring women in our company together and give them a platform to succeed. Through lunches, speakers, mentorship programs, and annual sponsorship at the Massachusetts Women’s Conference, there are endless opportunities for women and men alike to get involved.

In addition to organic social opportunities, our Social Committee holds events frequently, like our month-end outings or other company-wide events like wine and bourbon tastings or Red Sox games. It is also well known that at EDQ, we take Halloween very seriously.

EDQ has the benefits of working for a large company, but the energy and excitement of a small company. -
All companies have cons, but I have not seen anything unique to EDQ that you won't find elsewhere. Overall a great place to be.
I applied online. I interviewed at Experian Data Quality US.
Initial call with HR. She started off telling me why the position is open, because the last person couldn't 'catch up' (AKA fired) . Then she told me they're looking for someone very entrepreneur, basically someone that will work long hours and not get any equity. Then she said they had interviewed many candidates but the culture was not the right fit for them.. which tells me no one likes the culture... then after explaining the position, she asked if i thought it'd fit me, so i asked a few questions about my CONCERNS about the culture.. she then accused me of drilling her questions and throwing red flags bc i asked too much info about the culture. i only asked because bc she threw me red flags that they fired the last person becuase they couldnt keep up and cant hire anyone bc they dont wanna work for them. I never write reviews but this one had to be done. she was very rude
