Our Social Responsibility Committee leads our companywide efforts to give back and regularly organizes opportunities for employees to go out into the community and volunteer at various locations. Through our outreach efforts, we empower our employees to take an active role in surrounding neighborhoods, strengthening ties to the community. Some organizations we work with are listed below:
Ubuntu Education Fund
Experian Data Quality sponsored 5 employees to visit Port Elizabeth, South Africa and work with the employees of the Ubuntu Education Fund to truly understand the challenges that existed in Port Elizabeth. The trip was the start of a partnership that will endure long into the future.
Experian Data Quality employees volunteered for the 'Christmas Castle' which provided 312,000 coats and winter accessories to children in need over nearly three decades. The annual Twin Cities coat drive is held in October.
Cradles to Crayons
Experian Data Quality employees took part in a volunteer day where 150+ employees took the day to volunteer at a nonprofit organization within their community. A group of about 30 employees visited Cradles to Crayons to sort clothing and create packages that would be picked up by Boston's youth.
Every year Experian Data Quality stops to recognize the contributions of its employees while we have our annual holiday party. More importantly, we celebrate everything we are thankful for and take the opportunity to learn from those who have succeeded when the odds were stacked against them. Graduates from the Youth Build joined us this year to tell their story.
Greater Boston Food Bank
During the employee volunteer event mentioned above, more than 80 employees visited the Greater Boston Food Bank to clean, sort and chop vegetables that will become meals for the homeless.

Premier Account Management
I have been working at Experian Data Quality US full-time (Less than a year)
I was recently hired and I can personally say that the process was amazing. I had the pleasure of working with a recruiter named Michele Burns who helped me every step of the way. She was great in providing feedback and keeping me in the loop. It helped make the entire hiring process a bit easier. I am incredibly satisfied with the team that I got placed with. Not only are they hard working but are also friendly. I find the combination of those qualities hard to come by in a corporate age of profits and margins. The leadership team that I've been exposed to and had the pleasure of working with seem to have the right goals in mind as well as the road map to get there. Things are done with purpose rather than on a whim. The hours aren't as bad as they allow people to lead a life outside of work as well as a lot of opportunities to move around and grow.
Like any big company there is always going to be some bureaucracy and this one is not immune. Decision making will never come at lightning speed and so deliberate decisions are key.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Experian Data Quality US in November 2015.
Had a very good phone interview with HR, then was asked to meet with the hiring manager on-site, Had a great chat with the hiring manager. which made me very excited about the opportunity . I sent him a thank you note and did the same with the HR lady whot had contacted me. HR first told me they would need 2 days to collect feedback and get back to me. However, soon after this chat I got another call from the HR lady, saying that my skills were not right for the job which completely contradicted the entire interview process . I was disappointed. However the very next day I get a reply to my thank you note from the hiring manager, saying that it was great to meet me and that I should hear back soon from HR about next steps. At this point I am even more confused. So I wrote to the HR lady asking for some clarification and she tells me that the hiring manager had made a mistake which I find really hard to believe. Total cluster and a total disappointment .
