Hi everyone! I graduated college in 2020 with bachelors in communication with business admin minor. I am currently working as Customer Support Rep at OpenTable, worked as Customer Service Rep at Experian prior to this position and have had a few CS jobs in retail and food industry throughout college. I am looking to transition my career into tech but not sure how. Any advice on where to start? Thanks!

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Experian (Birmingham, England) in May 2022

    Interview

The whole process is 5 rounds. After passing the CV screening, then you will be invited to do the online assessment which is SHL general ability test. Normally within 3 days, you will know can you move forwards.
    Interview

SHL general ability test is very difficult, it's basically easy to fail if you don't practice enough. I know Experian is a big company, but I doubt this test really has anything to do with UX designer ability?
