I worked at Explore Learning part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Friendly staff.
    Great training.
Learn really important skills for the future.

    Cons

Hard to manage my hours around classes at uni as I was studying a STEM subject and had more contact hours compared to my colleagues that studied humanities. I often couldn't commit to the number of hours they wanted me to do.

    Advice to Management

Be more flexible for STEM students

The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Explore Learning in July 2014.

    Interview

It was an in-depth process with an assessment day. I felt it was quite a good way of finding out more about the candidates.
Felt that the feedback from the process wasn’t as strong as it could be.
