The only con was that this was a temp position, so it ended after so many months.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at ExploreLearning (Charlottesville, VA) in May 2016.

    Interview

Super short; applied in January and got a phone call in May asking about my interest in the position. Pretty much totally behavioral, asked a little about my experience and how it pertains to the specifications of the position; mostly concerned with my current availability and interest (makes sense given the extended period of time between application and phone call). Emailed me a few days later with an offer. No salary negotiation.
