    I worked at Exponential full-time


    Great business sense and try to stay relevant to create a niche in a very cluttered space. Good team culture.


    There is a lot of change and re-org and it doesn't look like that's going to stop anytime soon. Upper management is a bit removed and old school about some ideas.

    Advice to Management

    Less about processes and crossing the T's and dotting the I's. Continue to give a good product for people to sell and let employees enjoy a bit more flexible schedule.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Exponential.


    Contacted by internal recruiter within several days of submitting resume on-line. He was very personable as well as professional, which made for a relaxed and enjoyable conversation. Brought in for in-person interviews a few days later. Each person on the interview team, which included a couple of individuals who would be direct reports, were well-prepared with their questions and provided a summary of their responsibilities and relationship with this position (Finance, HR, Legal, etc.). Overall, an extremely positive and pleasant experience! Unfortunately, filling this position has been postponed.
