I have been working at Express part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Express has great Employee Benefits. There is a 40% discount and there are health insurance options available. Employee insights are always appreciated, and there are a lot of customer service skills throughout the different levels of management.

    Cons

As with any retail store, there is a high employee turnover rate. Generally, associates stay for a few months, with only a select few staying there for a year or more. This can be frustrating since to be a cohesive team it is important to get to know your coworkers' strengths and weaknesses when it comes to the position. Since associates aren't generally there for more than a few months, it is difficult to be a cohesive team.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Express.

    Interview

Entire process took around 1 month. Basic questions during interview mostly situational to gauge how you would deal with customers. Very thorough and they called all 3 of my references so make sure you have good references.
