I have been working at Extreme Networks full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people, great work environment, awesome culture and rewarding work. Also, competitive pay and benefits and great new executive leadership. The at Extreme Networks is super challenging and every employee is given the tools for career advancement. Those that don't advance will never advance anywhere. Extreme Networks encourages collaboration and free thinking. It is the industry's best kept secret.

    Cons

None come to mind that stand out versus any other company. Those that complain here at Extreme Networks will complain no matter where they are.

    Advice to Management

Hire motivated people that have worked at organizations beyond the big players like Cisco. Continue to encourage employees to think on their own and take risks. Don't become a political machine like that of our big competitors. Keep the great environment and the awesome culture that you have built at Extreme Networks.
