Health, dental, and vision coverage is offered to all eligible employees, spouse or domestic partners and dependents.
The 401(k) plan, administered by Charles Schwab, is available to employees as of their date of hire. Employees may defer up to 100% of their pay, up to the IRS maximum. Extreme Networks provides a company match on up to 2.5% of your eligible per pay period compensation at the rate 50% for every $1 you contribute. The Extreme Networks 401(k) Plan also includes a Roth 401(k) feature.
Extreme offers Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) grants to eligible employees. Employees are able to sell or hold after vesting. RSUs have a three-year vesting schedule, with one-third vesting each year.
Extreme provides employees with an opportunity to acquire a proprietary interest in the Company through the purchase of stock. Purchases are made through accumulated, post-tax payroll deductions. Stock is purchased at the end of each Purchase Period, every six months during the 24 month offering period. The price is discounted 15% from the Fair Market Value of a share of Stock on the Offering Date of the Offering Date Period or the Fair Market Value of a share of stock on the Purchase Date.
Extreme Networks contributes up to $1,500 per calendar year for family or up to $750 for single coverage into participating employee’s HSA account (prorated for new hires).
Extreme Networks offers Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts that allow you to pay for eligible health care and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars. The plan year for this program is January 1 through December 31.

Great people and great vision
Commissions team are very confused will the acquisitions, resulting in many payment adjustments.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Extreme Networks in November 2016.
The interview process was straightforward which the recruiter helped schedule. It was completed per schedule. But the decision took longer to come than expected although they kept me informed on every step on where we were with the process.
