Due to rapid growth and lack of support, employee turnover has been high adding additional stress to job functions.
Advice to Management
Adding temp support roles would be cost effective by reducing overall turnover. Additional training should be implemented for all staff. This can be completed by hiring contract facilitators to go in different regions.
Interview process was easy. Got an email about a phone interview. then face to face interview with Market Manager. Negotiated Salary and got the offer pretty quickly. Started training in Lutherville for only a week then into the branch to start. Also interviewed with some other branch managers which I thought was very unprofessional.
