I applied online. I interviewed at F5 (United States) in Sep 2023
InterviewI applied online and spoke with a recruiter. For a public company with thousands of employees, I was expecting a large company experience versus what I had encountered. The recruiter did not ask me any questions about my background or experiences so I don't understand how they can determine fit for the opening if they don't try to understand what I have done in my career. I felt that they wasted my time and I am not sure why they even followed up on my application. For a company with a 4 star Glassdoor rating and that appears to be doing well in this economy, I was disappointed with my candidate experience.Interview
