I worked at FAMSA full-time (More than a year)
You get the experience well you learn somethings
The managers really don't care about you all they care about is there sales and if you are in the collect agency the manager in there are two face people they say you are doing a good job and then when you leave they tell the whole department that you were doing a horrible job. They have no knowledge of leadership experience. Is like they just hire someone and told them here is the manager position.
Advice to Management
Get managers that have worked in that area so when you go for help they'll know what you are talking about. Get managers that are actually at work all day, not leave for lunch like for 3 hours or work half day. Get managers that actually know how to work not sit all day in there desk looking at amazon and gossiping about other coworkers.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at FAMSA (San Antonio, TX) in February 2016.
APPLIED ONLINE, INTERVIEW WAS PRETTY BASIC. They asked me to try to sale them an item to see how I would approach a possible customer. The hiring manager then asked a couple of previous work questions
