We cannot achieve this vision without developing our most important asset: our employees. We must be a continuous learning organization in order to meet our vision and to thrive in a continually evolving marketplace. And we must pursue that vision without compromising safety. Whether you are in the office or in the field at a job site, we want to ensure that you go home safely to your family at the end of each work day.

When employees join our team, it is my hope that they will seek out the many tools and resources available to help them excel. In turn, I look forward to learning from employees how we can improve our business processes in order to keep talented people engaged and climbing to new heights within the organization each and every day.

FDH Velocitel’s mission is focused not only on successful business practices, but also on ensuring the strength and success of each individual employee.

FDH Velocitel believes strongly in social responsibility and giving back to the communities where we live and work.

That’s why we’ve created Community Enrichment Committees (CECs) within our offices. The CECs are employee-driven groups that promote volunteerism in the cities where we operate.

Our outreach efforts include material and monetary donations to local food banks, schools, shelters, and other service organizations. We also donate our time to a wide variety of local charitable events, whether it be painting murals at inner city schools or helping disabled citizens with yard work.

The CECs also work to enrich the lives of employees within our organization by hosting many social gatherings and team-building events. FDH Velocitel recognizes the need for staff to unwind and decompress after work. For this reason, the CEC hosts monthly “Reboots,” catered gatherings where employees can gather socially to enjoy light refreshments. In addition, group outings and team building events help keep our employees energized and refreshed.

Employees at FDH Velocitel have many opportunities to strengthen working relationships both within the office and in their communities.
