A lot of turnover in sales staff, lack of professionalism among sales agent. Poor reward in achieving high sales quota, and overall salary was low despite being the best sale representative. Opportunity to grow is limited to floor manager which is not very motivating, lack to communication with upper management
Advice to Management
Give your top employees the opportunity to grow into more meaningful position. Have more engagement of top level management with top sales personnel as they are the blood line of this company.

Submit your online application. Next step was a brief phone interview with their Talent Acquisition/HR department. Next step was initial interview with the e-commerce manager, in this situation they were hiring 3 people, so all 3 managers held the interview. After that there may have been an additional interview with the Associate VP of e-commerce.
