    Pros

Fantastic place to work. People are very humble and the atmosphere is quite academic with so many Phds working under the same roof

    Cons

Place seems low on energy at times but maybe because people are working hard. Not really a con

    Advice to Management

Keep going and take fincad to new peaks

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FINCAD (New York, NY) in June 2015.

    Interview

Very haphazard. lot of wannabes who don't have much quant knowledge. Highly discourage any big bank quants to join them.company cannot pay but wasted my time by lieing they can. They have a bunch of junior guys who just keep fuddling the software without much knowledge of derivatives. It is a dead end job and no bank will employ you once you work there. None of the quants there have real banking experience but think too high of themselves.
