I've never worked at a nicer, kinder, happier place. The benefits are great, summer days (it's like being a kid again), and coworkers who ask how they can support you in times of need.

Cons

Managers and supervisors tend to give vague answers when clarification is needed, as well as ignore emails in times of need.
