Encouraging Giving Back is one of five FIS Guiding Principles.

FIS offers four employee giving programs that are backed globally by your generosity and commitment to giving back.

  1. FIS Charitable Foundation – The Foundation complements the donations and volunteer efforts of our employees by providing more than $1 million annually in financial support to global charitable causes.
  2. Employees fundraising – Our employees demonstrate their own generous commitment to giving by regularly volunteering their own time and money.
  3. Disaster aid – When disasters strike FIS employees answer the call for help with monetary donations, supplies and volunteer hours.
  4. FIS Cares – Employees can donate $1-5 per pay period to help colleagues facing catastrophic or unforeseen and financial hardship.

Throughout the year we frequently spotlight employees’ efforts in these areas. Year after year, our employees’ contributions are so numerous and impactful that we highlight some the many causes they rallied around in 2017 in the FIS Gives Back Annual Review.

See the impact our employees had in our many communities globally in 2017.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FIS (Boston, MA) in April 2014.

    Interview

Fun and challenging at the same time. They did a very good job describing the company culture and work atmosphere. Definitely a younger team and many post grad employees. The super day consisted of about 4 30 min interviews where you get to meet the team directly
