Fuelman, acquired by FLEETCOR in 2000, combines a proprietary network of over 60,000 fuel and maintenance locations with an industry leading card program for merchants and fleets of all sizes. Universal Fleet MasterCard®

The Universal FleetCard product line was launched in 2007 to provide fleet operators with universal acceptance at all MasterCard® fueling locations as well as industry leading fleet controls & reporting. This uniquely positioned program has grown dramatically since launch and today represents a meaningful business for FLEETCOR in North America. The Universal FleetCard product line includes FLEETCOR's brands and supports co-branded offerings with partners of all sizes.


Acquired by FLEETCOR in 2006, Keyfuels is the UK's leading provider of fuel management solutions for larger commercial vehicle fleet operators. Keyfuels serves several Western European markets, including: the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Benelux.


CCS serves Central European markets (Czech Republic and Slovakia) and is the primary proprietary fleet card provider in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Services available through CCS include network management, card issuing and telematics, along with an international proprietary closed-loop network. The CCS network consists of approximately 2,500 fuel sites in the Czech and Slovak Republics, as well as further 1,500 sites where other purchases can be made.


AllStar is the UK's market leading fuel card provider with over 30,000 customers and in excess of 1.1 million cardholders. AllStar provides services to organizations ranging from small businesses and charities, to large corporations and the public sector. With the largest fuel site network in the UK, AllStar gives drivers access to 100% of all major fuel brands and around 8,000 sites nationwide including motorway sites and lower cost supermarkets. As the UK's unique and market leading fuel management company, AllStar combines optimal solutions for all elements of fuel management to offer a truly comprehensive and intelligent fuel cost management system in a single fuel card.


CTF ("Controle Total de Frotas") is one of Brazil's leading providers of fuel payment processing and fuel control solutions. CTF designs proprietary, state-of-the-art control equipment which, when installed at the fueling site and on the vehicle and combined with CTF's sophisticated processing system, significantly reduces the likelihood of unauthorized and fraudulent transactions. The company provides its fuel payment processing services to thousands of predominately over-the-road heavy truck fleets. These services are co-branded with the two largest Brazilian oil companies, Petrobras and Ipiranga, which provide fuel to the fleets via their respective retail and wholesale distribution operations. Credit for this fuel is extended to the fleets by two of the largest Brazilian banks, Bradesco and Itau. CTF also provides its fuel consumption control and reporting solutions to operators of heavy industrial equipment including sea-going vessels, mining equipment, agricultural equipment, and locomotives.


CardLink is New Zealand's No.1 multi-branded fuel card with network acceptance across over 90% of fuel stations including all major oil company brands. CardLink's client base exceeds 10,000 companies and ranges from large national fleet operators to Small and Medium Size Enterprises. With approaching 30 years' experience in the national market, CardLink prides itself in finding smarter ways to do business. DBTRANS is a leading provider of payment solutions for drivers of heavy goods vehicles in Brazil. Through its integrated intelligent portal, DBTRANS' clients can control and manage their toll, freight and fueling costs. The company serves shippers, transporters and independent truckers in several segments of the Brazilian industry such as: steel, chemical, petrochemical, construction, agribusiness, and oil companies among others.


Fleet Card, one of Australia's leading independent, multi-branded fuel cards, is operated by FleetCor's Australian subsidiary, Business Fuel Cards Pty Limited.     I have been working at FLEETCOR full-time (Less than a year)


    Having spent most of my professional career at a Fortune 500 company, I've seen a broad spectrum of good and not-so-good people come and go. I consider myself a good judge of both character and talent, and I'd put everyone I interact with at Fleetcor up there with the best I've seen. The company truly cares about it's employees, and demonstrates that by giving them autonomy, flexibility, and a fair comp package. In return for this I would note that expectations are high, and we have a culture where performance matters more than seniority. But I'd choose that every day over a company that views seniority as more important than performance. Ultimately, I have the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on Company every day, and that is what I like the best about my job.


    Not necessarily a con, but the performance driven culture is not for everyone.
