    lots of smart young people with great ideas and desire to build great things.

    Cons

    its little. Basically there;s no real market if things don't work out for you, you will have to move

    do your best to try and build a local tech market. that way you will have less issue bring in people fromt he outside.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at FNC (Oxford, MS) in April 2015.

    there was the initial meeting with the recruiter then submitted an application then a Phone interview then onsite interview down in oxford then i accepted my offer in late aerial

    • a few basic behavioral questions such as conflict stuff, what would you do in this situation, tell me about a cool project, this and that basic stuff and it ended with a process flow question about how to make coffee and they wanted you to draw a diagram like you would in visio   1 Answer
