The corporate culture of FPI is our trademark, dedicated to integrity, respect, and accountability much like a grounded family dynamic. This is our personal commitment to excellence. FPI Management has established an exclusive brand unique to the property management industry. Our passionate industry professionals are extraordinarily tenured and here for the owners. FPI has zero ownership interest and is the largest 100% fee-based property management company in the nation.

FPI is not only an advocate for making a positive change to the standard of property management but also to the world around it. FPI understands the importance of lending a helping hand to important causes both on a local and national platform. Giving back truly is a top priority and commitment with Team FPI.

The Pacific Northwest FPI team partnered with Rebuild Together Seattle to complete numerous repairs on the  home of Milton & Cheryl. Milton, 76, and Cheryl, 64, have lived in their 1960 home for 30 years. Milton served in the  Army, and was a local business owner, running a small catering company, before retiring. Cheryl suffers from multiple sclerosis, some of the repairs focused on accessibility and safety around the home.

Our amazing team raised $1,765 for the Wounded  Warrior Project. The money donated will assist troubled service members who have returned from conflicts  overseas and their families.

The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots is a program focused on providing less fortunate children with Christmas cheer. Team FPI joined together to help  make Christmas brighter by participating in toy collections at both the corporate and onsite levels throughout our portfolio.

The Housing Industry Foundation is based in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties. Their mission focuses on assisting families and individuals in gaining and remaining in stable housing. For many families, this is the only option available to them. FPI was honored to help sponsor HIF and raise money to help families in need.

Susan G. Komen has a very specific goal: find a cure for breast cancer and end the disease forever. FPI was proud to help raise over $40,000 for the foundation to bring awareness to breast cancer and assist their amazing cause.

Shriners Hospital for Children provides care and assistance to children with special medical conditions without concern for compensation. Private donations keep this special dream alive and FPI helped raise over $11,000.

The Life is good Playmakers is a public charity with a vision to give all children a safe and loving upbringing. Team FPI supported to help children play to learn in a violence-free and healthy environment.

The Make a Wish Foundation gives children with severe illness hope for tomorrow. FPI was inspired to make wishes come true by partnering with the foundation and empowering precious little ones everywhere to help their dreams come true.

Since 2008, FPI continues to support this nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a pathway to self-s sufficiency for homeless and low-income individuals by providing the resources and support needed to find and retain employment.

Great work-life balance. I can see how I can grow in this company and truly feel appreciated. This whole team from top to bottom supports each other. Benefits are great if single and no children.

    Pay can be somewhat low.
