    I have been working at FSC Pediatrics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    FSC has a very community and family feel and is small enough that most everyone knows each other. With such a small company there is great opportunity to have your voice heard and be a central part of decisions.

    Cons

    As with any company, the work/life balance can get off set at times. Because of the size there are limited human resources which can be both positive and negative since many people get to wear multiple hats.

    Advice to Management

    Maintain the family feel that the company has and continue to look at expanding the available resources in order to keep growth on track.

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FSC Pediatrics.

    Interview

    Very quick and smooth interview process. Introduction interview, aptitude test, interview with a manager, and final interview. However, I became extremely disappointed when I made it to the final interview and was not given a quick call to let me know that they went with another applicant. I believe that when an applicant takes the time to move around his schedule for the interviews, as well as heavily prepare for the various interviews, the least he could expect would be a coutesy call to let him know of the final decision.
