Advice to Management
Continue to show your appreciation for your (good) employees and respect for their for personal lives. Don't be afraid to push them a little when the business needs it.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FSI International (New York, NY) in May 2011.
Pretty easy, just some very common interview questions. About ten applicants sat together with 2 interviewers, and each applicant answered different questions one by one.
