Company is poised for a huge business and technology transformation. Entire leadership team is onboard and aligned. Board is aligned to fund this and make it happen over the next few years. New executive leadership is driven and aggressive, to make this a success.

Need to put the word out in the market that FTD is going through a huge transformation and attract good talent. Company needs a lot of good technology talent to help execute the transformation.

    Advice to Management

Spread the word of what the company is embarking upon, in the open market. Create a buzz about FTD so that people would want to come and work here.

I applied online. I interviewed at FTD.

The interview process took several hours, with various team members throughout the day. More of a company culture / personal fit type of interview, with some technical questions around web development peppered in. Catered lunch was provided as part of the interview.
