I worked at FUJIFILM Medical Systems (More than 3 years)
The pay is good, and so are the benefits. The company car is nice too.
Parts are a disaster. It can take months after a product is released and sold until they can even come up with a part number to order. Even if they have a part number, delays can be significant in getting them. Some managers are pretty nice, but others can be unreasonable. Training is iffy depending on the instructor and class.
Advice to Management
Review your zone managers carefully. Consider having a confidential review of managers from their employees. I think you might be surprised at some of the reviews.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at FUJIFILM Medical Systems (Raleigh, NC).
phone call with HR from Sonosite based in seattle,
Online technical screen a week after and
on site one day technical interview at Raleigh, NC office. The interviewers were friendly and respectful, also HR people help you if you have any question, it was a good experience.
