I have been working at Fabric.com full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - This is a great place to work - excellent work/life balance.
     - Small company feel with all the benefits of being part of a large organization - Amazon
     - Fabric has been through a lot of change over the last several years. If I'm being honest when I first joined I could see how the previous comments were true about the company. There have been a number of changes across the business both in leadership and in policies/ processes. It's a great place with people who care about what we are doing and how we can bring fabric into peoples lives.

    Cons

    - Still some growing pains as a result of change; some people are moving through the changes with lest resistance then others.

    Advice to Management

Continue the focus on our customer and be relentless in making sure we deliver our very best for our customers and each other.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fabric.com (Kennesaw, GA) in January 2017.

    Interview

Interview process was a series of three interviews with 6 people (2 in each interview round)
Scenario and situational questions so be prepared to give real life work experience examples to justify answers.

    Interview Questions

    • Not really a most difficult question I can think of. Just remember the process requiring me to be very detailed about my work experiences as it related to the role I was applying for.   Answer Question
