    Pros

Pay was great and unionized labor so anything over 8 hours is time and a half. Freedom on shift and didn't need to finish all rooms, could give some back.

    Cons

Bad work hours, and not consistent! They give a lot of on call shifts that ruin your days plans. They are unable to give steady hours due to how many employees they have!

    Advice to Management

Too many housekeepers being hired! Never enough hours for someone to live on. The carts are never prepped for night crew!
