Extremely long, tedious hours and incredibly low pay. Managers were very disparaging and rude. Management is top heavy and spend way too much time in meetings. Therapists leave clients waiting impatiently while they sit in their rooms talking with their colleagues. receptionists.
Advice to Management
Stop whining about the fact that the State owes you money. Find a way to start giving a proper paycheck to the people who are there. Employees haven't seen a raise in 7 years.
