The staff was very close, much like a family. We always had potlucks and big staff meetings. There were a good amount of employees but we always knew each other very well, including our bosses.
Little to no room for growth. People who are there have been there for years, and unless they leave, you are stuck in your position.
Advice to Management
Actually take time to listen to what your employees have to say. Yes patient care is number one, and obviously revenue, but you still need a staff to render that care and make that money for you.

basic interview questions. super easy and quick. hired after a week or so interviewed by PR specialist (which made no sense) and HR manager. Super laid back, like very business casual. emphasis on the casual
