I have been working at Family Service Association full-time

    Pros

When you do well they applaud your performance, don;t expect a raise or anything but they do show their appreciation.

    Cons

There is a definite culture of favoritism and I truly hope you never see yourself on the wrong side of that as it can be a very unhealthy work environment.

    Advice to Management

Take employees exit interviews seriously and assess the situation.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Family Service Association (Moreno Valley, CA) in September 2016.

    Interview

There is a potential phone interview from Family Service Association, followed by an in-person interview with the HOPE Program Manager and another staff member. After the interview, HR will follow up with a call notification of job offer or decline.
