I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Family and Childrens Association (Hempstead, NY) in September 2015.

    Interview

hiring process takes about 3 weeks
intense background check and license review
    quick interview
    very personable
only one person who i interviewed with
asked questions about college and my plans after graduation. It was very personal. She asked me what I looked for in an internship and how I could help this one. She also asked about the things that I wanted out of this internship and if I could stay for the whole year.
