The FANternship is not your average Internship.
Fanatics internship program engages students in projects that develop their skills and apply knowledge they have learned in their coursework. Interns are exposed to our brand and our business of fueling fan passion and providing the ultimate shopping experience to sports fans.
The FANternship program is available across multiple locations, and is a year round program intended to be a stepping stone to full-time employment with Fanatics.
Our interns enjoy time out at sporting events, team building activities and unfiltered access to company executives.

Give feedback more often
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fanatics (Jacksonville, FL) in January 2017.
Upon arrival, I signed in at the front desk and sat in the waiting room. Nice TVs with sports on were in the waiting area, as well as sports and business related magazines. Met with the team prior to my interview, then I was interviewed in the Controller's office, then other Senior management were invited to the interview. Very relaxed, a lot of laughs, as well as in-depth overviews of the business and the role of accounting. Wrapped up with a tour of the building, including the break areas and cafe ( Can't avoid spotting a TV with sports), then the gaming area with the newer consoles.
