    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Far East Organization.

    Interview

    First round Phone interview.
    Very disappointed as phone interview cannot really judge how driven the person interest in sales & property industry.

    I have even enrolled in RES course to get a kick start.

    I’m not given a chance to proof my sales skill & no chance to share more about past job experiences. The interviewer is not interested to found out more.

    I will continue to apply for this position. And also with other developers.
    Hope there an interviewer who can appreciate my talent & values that I can bring to the Organization.
