Companies 5 Core Values are part of every aspect of your work day.
#1 TEAM, Transparency, Excellence, Passion and
These 5 core values are not only discussed in management but between co-workers. Co-workers actually take time to nominate each other and share when they have seen a team member go above and beyond.
This drives and promotes a workplace that makes you want to work hard and excel in everything you do. Hard work is recognized and appreciated by all members of the team. Overall creating a supportive environment and a culture that is not easily found at a fast-paced, deadline orientated financial services company.

There are tons of other perks such as 100% employee paid health/dental insurance, 401K matching program, continued employee training, open policy for PTO including all bank holidays, customized wellness program, catered lunches and fully stocked break room but the things that matter the most have been listed above.

I can't think of anything to list here - so I will just comment that you will be pushed past your comfort zone and we all know this is where you grow.

    Advice to Management

Continue to promote a work environment that allows employees to learn, grow and push towards advancement should they desire. Keep up the great work on positive feedback and continue with the training, no better way to learn but to put that training into every day practice.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Far West Capital.

Interview process was nice and the staff was extremely friendly. Only downside was that I had to constantly follow up afterwards to get a definite response of the status of the position, and a project was asked to be done in the middle of the decision process after the interview
