You have the opportunity to make a good amount of money as a server. The members will notice employees who have been around and most will appreciate that. Managers recognize the people who work hard versus people who slack off. Working here taught me a lot about the hospitality industry.
Expect to work weekends and holidays. July 4th is a big event at Farmington, so expect to work that day for sure. Tips are pooled, and there isn't a lot of transparency as to how the server's payout is calculated.

Be as transparent as you can with staff.
