    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Farmland Foods (Kansas City, MO).

    Interview

I first had a phone screening from a general HR person located in Virginia. I then had a phone interview with the head of Marketing at Farmland in KC. I then went to the actual location in Kansas City to interview with the Marketing Executive as well as another person from the Marketing team.
