I have been working at Fastaff full-time (More than 3 years)
I have never been so lucky to work in a place where the motivated happy people out number the detractors by such a wide margin. For the most part, people genuinely care about each other, there is opportunity for career development if you seek it, and people do their job with pride.
Those few negative people seem to be the loudest. If you don't let them get to you, you are fine.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fastaff (Newberry, MI) in January 2016.
Fairly easy. Pick your place you want to go. Get submitted. Wait for a call from hospital and answer interview questions. Then decide if you want to go or if they want you.
Fastaff and U.S. Nursing Ranked #8 on Colorado's Top Workplace list as announced by the Denver Post. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vIxKI
