    Positive Outlook

I have been working at FedEx Freight full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

FXF has been a great place to work. The company offers many benefits, take good care of their associates as a rule, train available if needed.

    Cons

I’ve only been at FXF for 4 months so far. The technology that is relied on is grossly outdated and unreliable. Other than that there really isn’t anything I can complain about.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. I look forward to many more years of teamwork with you

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx Freight in June 2008.

    Interview

After filling out a very detailed application, I was selected to come in for an interview. The interviewer made me feel very comfortable. She was very sociable and asked pertinent information in regard to my past employment, other work situations I had experienced and why I wanted to work for Fed-Ex.
