I have been working at FedEx Trade Networks Transport & Brokerage full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

decent insurance, lots of vacation and sick time

    Cons

scheduled to work every holiday (decent compensation for this), actual pay isn't that great, the heat has been broken on and off since I started in 2015, a lot of inconsistency in policy and procedure application,

    Advice to Management

Senior management, spend more time with your employees. Make sure everyone is on the same page when implementing new policy and procedure.
