I worked at Feefo full-time (More than a year)
Feefo is an innovative forward thinking company with big goals which I am certain will be achieved. They have achieved huge growth since day one and are on the cusp of becoming a Saas giant.
Great company to work for who understand the importance of a good work/life balance. Regular socials, fitness classes on site, private healthcare and an amazing atmosphere in the office. I had all the support I needed to excel whilst working at Feefo and will miss working there.
The technology changes regularly which can be hard to keep up with for some people.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing and continue listening to the staff.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Feefo (Boston, MA) in September 2016.
Things seemed to start off really well. Prompt follow up to my resume, initial calls and even scheduling the in person interview. I was told many times that I was a front runner and that I would hear something soon. Then, radio silence. No calls, no emails. Nothing. Finally, I got a voicemail message from HR saying I was not selected but I would get a follow up email explaining why. That never arrived.
As a "front-runner", you would expect a little more discussion. Perhaps the common courtesy of the follow-up promised. Sadly disappointed as I was really excited about this one and felt led down the wrong path.
