    Advice to Management

    Part-time sales force is brilliant, however, poor management and lackluster training take away from culture.

    Multiple interviews, then interview with COO, this process is long and multiple times you are asked to sell different products or items. Very intense depending who you interview with. I was comfortable with on the spot questions and a detailed review of my resume. Long process, but not months long.
