    Pros

The money. When the tours are qualified, the product sells itself.

    Cons

You do your job and sell the toughest, expensive and intangible product in the business to total strangers in the span of 90 minutes, and if the buyer is one day late on a payment , the company takes your entire commission back without even in forming you.

    Advice to Management

Put some money toward marketing. The product is legit, but its hard to build trust when it begins with shady opc tactics.

    Sales Representative Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Festiva (Atlantic Beach, NC) in January 2015.

    Interview

They really didn't have an interview process. Everything was very unorganized & a lot of BS. I was very disappointed that one manager would contradict the other. The "interview" was made up of a lot hot air. A work schedule was also a lie I was told 2 tours a day that never happened it was more like 2 tours a week.

Festiva Donates $100,000 to WNC Nature Center

The additional $50,000 contribution will go toward even more enhancement of the new visitors' entrance, which will include a ticketing area as well as a plaza that can be used for events. Festiva recently announced that it will be doubling its donation to the Western North Carolina Nature Center, Asheville's Wildlife Park, that was originally initiated in 2012.
