I have been working at Festival Foods part-time (Less than a year)
-Gain exemplary customer service skills to a wide range of guests
-Practice using positive language and persuasion to ensure customers are completely satisfied with their experience
-Practice my ability to read customers and tailor each interaction to their current mood, patience level, and personality
-Opportunities for advancement are nonexistent for my department
- Ability to gain access to more advanced training was extremely tough to find
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Festival Foods (Madison, WI) in November 2016.
The interview was very in depth as far as questions go and there were two interviews but the process was thorough..There is a good reason behind the thorough process and that is so that they can weed out the ideal employees that they are looking to hire but unfortunately they do not tell you that they will be picking favorites and that some employees get away with things like having romantic relationships with fellow employees and its ignored and apparently its okay for CSR'S to do so and everyone looks the other way. they did mention that the attendance policy is very strict but its completely ridiculous..
They just came out with the offer and I accepted.
