    I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Fibria (São Paulo, São Paulo (Brazil)) in December 2009.


    The first step was a CV screening. After that, three tests: verbal reasoning, mathematical reasoning and foreign language test (english). There was a first pannel that last for the whole morning. The candidates approved were invited for a collective interview with the human resources team. Those approved had a second pannel (with managers) where they had to do a presentation. After that some candidates were invited with interview with managers. The final response was given after two weeks.

    For the trainee program, there was no negotiation: the company offered a fixed package (salary + benefits).
