    I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fidelis Care.


    Met with HR representative the person explains the process and informs of those you interview with. Refused to negotiate salary presents a polished image which is not the case for the confused, disorganized and systematically corrupt organization.

    Interview Questions

    • How do you plan your day? Tell me 3 words to describe yourself. Are you organized? Can you develop a team? Basic questions the AVP had no real clue of what the job entails so he asked general questions you could chose from an online interview preparation guide. The lack of knowledge displayed and off comments provided when I asked the AVP questions was an early indication of what the work would be hired at a Supervisor level but doing all of the Director/AVP work at a significantly lower wage.Without guidance, goals or assistance in running the department. Other interviewer just spoke about failed audits with both the state and federal regulators and issues targeted for correction that actually never occurred despite all suggestions.   Answer Question
