I have been working at Field Nation (More than a year)

    Pros

Work life balance and benefits are the best I've ever worked under. If you fit the culture, it's a generous springboard for all sorts of initiatives, albeit, some departments and teams are much easier to launch plans.

    Cons

Some people who have been there for many years are almost painfully afraid of trying something different because what they have now technically works. Compensation could be more competitive at this growing period to retain top talent. Some of the 10 year growing pains are present, but overall still positive outlook.

    Advice to Management

Encourage people to check egos and history at the door. It's possible that there's still lots of opportunity to harness if you're willing to empower those with visions. Keep up the culture and work life balance expectations... You emphasize a sustainable pace and that's invaluable.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Field Nation (Minneapolis, MN) in October 2015.

    Interview

Tough. Come prepared to present metrics, numbers, systems and stories to back them up as well as be able to deliver on the results you say you have. Also be prepared to be taken out of your comfort zone. Be professional but be yourself.
