I have been working at Fiesta Mart part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible schedules, very important when in school and co-workers are very co-operative and friendly. Nice work environment with somewhat up-to-date music, however the music is not a big deal.

    Cons

A little strict on certain tasks such as how many groceries you ring per minute and what your percentage is, as well as how much groceries in cash value have you voided. Which the voids is what will probably get you at the end of the day. On the weekends many people WILL tell you to remove x item because they bought one too many or they don't want it anymore OR they didn't bring enough money with them for it.

    Advice to Management

Increase VOID limits and don't worry too much about rings per minute as long as the checker isn't noticeably slow.
