    Pros

Files.com has a great company culture. You can really tell that they care about taking care of their employees. Benefits and compensation are above average. Lots of opportunities to advance and take on more responsibility. The CEO Kevin, and other top level executives, have a very strong vision for the company. They offer guidance and mentorship to those willing to accept.

    Cons

It is a start up so there are processes that need to be better defined. Wonderful opportunity if you are up for the challenge!

HR phone interviewer was friendly, but felt like they had not looked at my resume or anything prior to discussion. There was confusion around my qualifications for the role that could've probably been alleviated if they took a 10 second glance at my resume.
