Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

    I recently had the opportunity to interview for a position on the FinancialForce team as Digital Customer Success Manager.

    I had the absolute pleasure of being paired with Bryan, Principal Recruiter at FinancialForce, who did a terrific job walking me through each interview process.

    From the beginning, Bryan built a great relationship with me that opened the door to comfortable, reliable communication that made it easier to prepare for what could come next as a candidate.

    I only have positive feedback about Bryan and the rest of the FinancialForce team that I had the privilege to interview with. I walked away from each interview thinking: 'I want to be a part of the FinancialForce team.'
