    I worked at Findasense full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Medical Insurance.
    Flexibility within the company.
    The location of their Spain Office.
    They give you the day off when it’s your birthday.
    HR Department is looking to innovate always.
    Stable company that’s growing.

    Cons

    A company culture that’s very well defined in theory but not really put into practice by their employees.

    They have a work from home policy that was not well implemented where only certain departments / employees could fully benefit from the policy.

    The salaries are not as competitive compared to others.
