  1. Customer Experience Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at Firmenich (Madrid)

    Interview

It all started very well. A first interview with the recruiter, the next with the person that was supposed to be my manager. After that, another manager from the team interviewed me. At this point it started to get confusing because It was unclear how to fit the position between different managers and their teams. That can be understandable with a new position and a growing team, so I continued with the process and they told me I was in the last stage.

After 3 weeks with no follow up, I received an automated email on a Saturday morning in which they told me I wasn't a fit for the position. I can understand this kind of message at the beginning of a process, but at that stage is too impersonal.
