    I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at First Care Clinics (United States)

    Interview

    Phone screen with a recruiter who was pleasant. Proceeded to meet the rest of team (the very next day, which i rearranged plans to do so). Met with rest of HR team, who were all warm and appeared friendly (and they seemed VERY impressed by my resume). Rearranged my schedule for the next day as requested by HR, in order to meet with additional management (two people who were admittedly non-clinical and appeared junior in their career, which was concerning as they "managed the clinics" and were the "director" over the clinics in my region.). I also met the "lead" NP, who had significantly less clinical experience overall than myself (I found her resume/CV online and she spoke to her experience when I met with her). Never received any feedback or response (nothing) after all of that, although I did send a brief email thanking the team for meeting with me (standard professional courtesy). I thought the lack of follow up reflected poorly on the company overall. Honestly, it shocked me considering it is common courtesy to (at minimum) send a rejection letter/email.

    After talking to several peers in the industry (and providers who were former employees), it turns out they did me a favor by not reaching out to me with an offer or feedback. The company has a reputation for treating providers poorly overall and understaffing/unsafe expectations.

    It all worked out in the end. I ended up taking a position with an incredible, global organization where I have since been promoted into a management position (financially much more lucrative than the salary I would have received working in a small urgent care). However, I decided it was worth it to provide feedback to the owners/founders of First Care, that your team should extend basic etiquette when interviewing professional candidates (especially providers -- who are making the money for your org). This will lead to a much better look and reputation for your organization among professionals in the community.
