    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at First Commonwealth Bank (Indiana, PA) in June 2014.

    Interview

It took about 1 month from submitting application to start date. After submitting my application I had a telephone interview where a supervisor described the job, duties & expectations. He then set up an in person interview. I was notified of an offer about 2 weeks after my in person interview. HR is great & very helpful. The training process was very informative.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

I did not negotiate. I was satisfied with the hourly rate offered.
